About Me

I am a psycho-therapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in eating disorders, Attachment, and I am a clinical hypnotherapist.

I work from a  Pluralistic and integrative perspective, which allows therapy to be tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My Core approach is psychodynamic and depth-oriented, while drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including Humanistic, Jungian and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

In  my work, I integrate perspectives and techniques from Somatic Experiencing, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Jungian Analysis and Polyvagal Theory, supporting clients to explore both their emotional and cognitive experiences.

I believe therapeutic change emerges primarily through a safe, attuned, and collaborative relationship. I attend to both the emotional and cognitive experience, supporting clients to develop awareness of relational patterns, regulate affect, and cultivate self compassion. All interventions are guided by the clients readiness, with the therapeutic alliance as the primary vehicle for insight, growth and internal integration.

Alongside psychotherapy I am also Registered 550 - Hour yoga teacher and breath-work facilitator specialising in trauma and menopause yoga. As well as holding my menopause wellness coach certification, supporting women through this important life transition.

Qualified Women's Circle Facilitator / Trainer and Coach, offering spaces for women to reconnect with themselves, their bodies and each other in meaningful supportive ways.

My work integrates psychological insight with somatic awareness, supporting clients to reconnect with themselves on emotional, cognitive and embodied levels.
