Jungian Workshops for the Feminine

What if the parts of yourself you have tried hardest to change are not flaws to be fixed, but parts of you waiting to be understood, witnessed and brought into relationship with your conscious self?

Jungian psychology invites us to look beneath the surface of our thoughts, behaviours and relationships, and to listen more deeply to the unconscious material shaping our lives. Through dreams, symbols, myths, archetypes, emotions and recurring patterns, we begin to discover the hidden stories influencing who we are, how we relate to others and the choices we make.

These workshops offer a reflective and experiential space to explore the deeper feminine psyche — including the wounds, roles, expectations and inherited beliefs that can shape a woman’s sense of self. Together, we consider what has been silenced, rejected or pushed into the shadows, and begin to create space for a more whole, authentic and embodied way of being.

This is not about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It is not about rejecting the parts of you that feel difficult, complicated or contradictory. Instead, it is an invitation to meet yourself with greater curiosity and compassion, to understand the meaning behind your patterns and to reclaim the parts of yourself that may have been lost, hidden or exiled.

Each workshop explores a different aspect of the feminine journey:

Healing the Inner Child Workshop

Our early experiences can continue to influence the way we see ourselves, respond to others and seek safety in relationships. This workshop explores the needs, emotions and protective patterns formed in childhood, offering an opportunity to reconnect with the younger parts of yourself with compassion, care and understanding.

The Mother Wound Workshop

The mother relationship can shape our beliefs about love, belonging, femininity, care and our right to have needs. This workshop explores the complexities of the mother wound, including inherited patterns, unmet needs, comparison, criticism, enmeshment, absence and the pressure to become the “good” daughter. It also creates space to grieve what was missing and to develop a more nurturing relationship with yourself.

The Father Wound Workshop

Our experiences with fathers and father figures can influence our relationship with authority, achievement, validation, trust and intimacy. This workshop explores the ways the father wound may appear in adult life, including the longing to be chosen, seen or approved of, and the impact this can have on relationships and self-worth.

Healing Heartbreak & Attachment Trauma Workshop

Heartbreak can affect far more than the end of a relationship. It can awaken earlier experiences of abandonment, rejection, betrayal, longing and loss. This workshop explores attachment patterns, emotional dependency, fear of abandonment and the ways we may repeat familiar relational dynamics. Through a Jungian lens, heartbreak becomes not only an experience of pain, but also an invitation to understand the deeper parts of ourselves that are seeking healing, security and integration.

From the Good Girl to the Authentic Woman Workshop

Many women learn to be agreeable, accommodating, selfless and emotionally responsible for others. The “good girl” may receive approval, but often at the cost of her own voice, anger, desire and boundaries. This workshop explores the journey from performing an acceptable version of femininity towards living with greater honesty, agency and self-trust.

The Dark Goddess — Descent & Rising Workshop

The Dark Goddess represents the powerful, instinctive and transformative aspects of the feminine that have often been feared, judged or suppressed. Through myth and archetype, we explore descent, grief, rage, sexuality, endings, transformation and rebirth. This is an invitation to meet the parts of yourself that have been labelled too much, too intense, too angry or too powerful, and to discover the wisdom they may hold.

Feminine Archetypes, Myth & Psyche Workshop

Myths and archetypes offer symbolic maps for understanding the inner world. They help us recognise recurring patterns, life transitions and psychological themes that may otherwise feel confusing or isolating. This workshop explores feminine archetypes across mythology and psychology, inviting you to reflect on the roles you have inhabited, the archetypes currently shaping your life and the ones waiting to emerge.

These workshops are a journey of descent, transformation and remembering.

A descent into the unconscious parts of yourself.

A compassionate encounter with the wounds and patterns that have shaped you.

A return to the instincts, desires, values and inner knowing that may have been forgotten beneath expectation and adaptation.

The aim is not to become someone new.

It is to develop a deeper relationship with who you already are — including the parts of yourself you have learned to hide, reject or abandon.

Through this work, you may begin to recognise the difference between living from old survival patterns and living from a more conscious, integrated sense of self. You may find greater clarity around your relationships, boundaries, choices and desires. You may begin to understand your emotional responses with more compassion and to see your personal story within a wider human and feminine context.

These workshops are suitable for women who are curious about Jungian psychology, personal development, mythology, symbolism and the inner world. They may be especially meaningful during periods of transition, heartbreak, identity change, relationship difficulty, grief or emotional uncertainty.

You do not need any previous knowledge of Jungian psychology. You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need a willingness to pause, reflect and listen to what may be asking for your attention.

Not becoming someone new.

But returning to the woman you already are.

RETURNING TO HER -  Healing The Inner Child Workshop Clevedon in person event

Sunday 25th October

10am to 1pm

A Jungian journey into the wounded child, the shadow and the Self.

The chid within us is not something to overcome, but something to be met.

When you heal the little girl inside you the grown woman shows up.

Healing the inner child is the gentle retun to the places within us that once needed love, safety, and inderstanding and learining to offer ourselves what was missing.

There are parts of us that learned how to survive long before we had the words to understand what was happening.

The child who became hyper-independent.

The girl who learned not to need too much.

The one who became the caretaker, the achiever, the pleaser or the perfectionist.

The part that still longs to be seen, held, heard or chosen.

Through a Jungian lens, we can begin to understand these younger parts of ourselves not as something that needs to be fixed, but as meaningful expressions of our story — carrying memories, beliefs, protective patterns and parts of ourselves that may have become lost along the way.

Returning to Her is an experiential journey into the inner child and the unconscious patterns that can continue to shape our adult relationships, boundaries, self-worth and sense of self.

Together we will explore:

The wounded child and the adaptations we developed to survive

Attachment, childhood patterns and the unconscious

The shadow — the parts of ourselves we learned to hide or reject

The difference between understanding our wounds and truly meeting them

Reconnecting with the qualities of the child that may have been lost — play, creativity, intuition, softness and aliveness

The Jungian concept of individuation and the journey towards wholeness

Compassionate inner re-parenting and creating a different relationship with ourselves

The day will combine Jungian depth psychology, guided reflection, somatic practices, experiential exercises and a deeply restorative somatic breathwork journey.

This isn’t about going back into the past to live there.

It is about turning towards the parts of ourselves that may still be living there — and bringing them something different now.

You don’t heal by becoming someone new.

You begin to heal by becoming more fully yourself.
